Cancellation Policy - The entire amount  is refunded if cancelled sixty (60) days prior to "arrival date". If cancelled less than 60 days before "arrival date", nothing is refunded.

*No Smoking of any kind is permitted on the property.

** Pets are not allowed, since some visitors have allergies

to pet dander.
